PAYMENT OF ORDERS

In accordance with article 11 of the General Conditions of Sale, payment is due immediately upon Order, including for products that may be pre-ordered.

Payment of the total amount of the Order is made by Visa ®, Mastercard ® or American Express ® bank card via the secure payment platform of our partner Stripe ® or by Paypal ®. Bank cards issued by banks domiciled outside France must be international bank cards (Visa ®, Mastercard ®, American Express ®).

The transaction is immediately debited from the Customer's bank card after verification of the card details, upon receipt of the debit authorization from the bank card issuing company.

In accordance with Article L.132-2 of the French Monetary and Financial Code, the commitment to pay given by bank card is irrevocable. By providing their banking information when placing the Order, the Customer authorizes the Seller to debit their card for the total amount indicated on the Order. The Customer confirms that they are the legal holder of the card to be debited and that they are legally entitled to use it. They provide the sixteen digits of the card number, its expiry date and the cryptogram numbers. In the event of an error, or if it is impossible to debit the card, the Sale is immediately terminated and the order canceled. The data recorded by Stripe ® or Paypal ® constitutes proof of any financial transaction between the Customer and the Seller.

The Seller ensures the highest level of confidentiality and security of the data communicated by the Customer on the Site.

To this end, Stripe ® complies with all security standards for Visa ®, Mastercard ® and American Express ® bank card payments, in particular by complying with the PCIDSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) standard and ensures a high level of confidentiality regarding the information transmitted by the Customer. To this end, Stripe ® integrates strong authentication and data encryption devices according to the SSL Secure shopping protocol, HSTS and AES-256 encryption. Stripe ® is PCI certified, an international security standard that guarantees data security. Moodbox has no access to the banking information transmitted by the Customer.
